>>So, I have been estimating on my sunbutter, I actually measured 1 Tbs last night...and have been actually having teaspoons, not Tablespoons...just for reference.

2/20 D: Pesto stuffed chicken. Homemade pesto w/ spinach, basil, olive oil, pine nuts, sun dried tomatoes, pepper. 8 steamed asparagus spears w/ black sesame seeds.
2/21 B: 12 oz coffee,1/4 creamer. 8 oz ham, sauteed spinach 2 eggs handful sauteed mushrooms. S: handful cashews/almonds, handful dried blueberries. D: 1/2 Cornish game hen, 1.5 c mixed veggies (broc, cauliflower, carrots) I slow cooked the hens with 1/2 orange, 1/2 apple (dipped in a soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil mix b4 going in) in each one, seasoned w/ pepper, garlic powder. When I was done I broiled the chickens for 5 mins for a crisp skin and used the oranges, apples, and drippings from pan to make a sauce :) yum!
